This role will report to the Sr. Director of the Global Data & Analytics Product Line, and will represent Data & Analytics LATAM as part of the Global DNA & JJT Consumer Health LATAM Leadership teams.The role requires a broad knowledge of existing Data/Analytics/ML/AI solutions, team leadership, innovative thinking, as well as commitment to materialize the thinking and work in a multidisciplinary environment to drive business solutions.**You will be responsible for**:- Serve as the overall leader for the Data & Analytics team in Latin America. Responsible for attracting, growing, and retaining talent- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key internal Technology partners (i.e., Business Technology Leaders, regional and global Product Line Organizations, Architecture, Technology Services(TS)) and external organizations (i.e., SaaS partners, Vendor partners, and industry forums) to shape the iCONNECT roadmap and to deliver on product capabilities.- Networking with internal J&J Business Improvement and Organisational Change teams and the external industry to bring in groundbreaking analytical approaches to amplify capabilities- Act as an Integration Manager with business priorities and guarantee commonalities and dependencies are aligned regarding data and analytics products- Partner with business partners on data science experimentation, outcomes tracking, and specifically on adoption and scale of successful data products- Manage our portfolio of analytics and advanced analytics projects and lead towards its execution- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide issue management, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical constraints- Research and promote latest technologies, design patterns and best practice delivery models that drive optimal business value and ensure continuous improvement of team, processes, and platforms- Employ innovative thinking across everything you do, always seeking the best ways of working for our teams and business partners- Ensure compliance with J&J policy and IT methodology as well as Product Line and Consumer Health standards**Qualifications****Qualifications and requirements**:- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Information Technology or other related fields.**Experience and Skills**:**Required**:- Minimum of 10 years in roles that create a tangible business impact through Analytics, Data Mining, Data Sciences or Data Management- Minimum of 5 years of team leadership experience- Ability to tell a story with data demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of data structures, transformations, data modelling and related software architectures and design patterns- Working knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google) with experience using ML services / tools- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills- Leadership and experience in driving projects under tight timelines- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and partner across diverse global multi-functional team- Experience employing an Agile methodology including Scrum / Kanban with the ability to define and implement prototypes and MVPs to increase project speed-to-value**Preferred**:- Agile, Design Thinking, SCRUM and PMP- Applied knowledge of Math and Statistics to derive meaningful insights fro
