Job Title
Manager, Product Management, Loyalty Solutions, LAC
- Loyalty Solutions delivers end-to-end loyalty solutions for Issuers; close gaps in design, program management and analytics while being a multiplier for brand decisions and GDV growth creating sticky relationships. Grow Loyalty Solutions into a significant revenue & earnings contributor
- Loyalty Solutions delivers marketing solutions to Merchants; focusing on low interchange markets; partnering with Issuers and Merchants develop ‘front-of-wallet’ product propositions for MasterCard consumers
The purpose of the job is to:
- Continue to develop and manage the consumer relationship loyalty platform, to meet the needs of specific customer segments to create consumer preference and differentiate MasterCard from its competitors
- Developing and manage relationships with vendors, internal and external partners involved in operating the program and optimizing the cost-benefit impact of the program on the business P&L.
- Integrate CRM and marketing strategies/ initiatives while collaborating on the design and execution of new Loyalty Solutions technologies, strategies and campaigns to drive consumer preference and behavior

Role
- Support integrated, strategies designed and aimed to increase MasterCard consumers retention, loyalty and ultimately drive revenues using B2C MasterCard’s preference platforms. This includes determining reward strategy and execution enhancements.
- Liaise with Products, Marketing and relevant stakeholders to achieve program’s objectives in alignment with mass market, CRM strategies.
- Lead and manage the development of annual tactical plans that support the successful achievement of program and business goals.
- Manage the program’s budget on both, the revenue (P&L) and cost side, ensuring that the program performs appropriately meeting or exceeding operational and business metrics.
- Determine and recommend additional resource needs to better support the market loyalty strategy and objectives, which may include agencies, consultants and strategic partners.
- Monitor operations, ensure governance model, and identify and implement opportunities to maintain and continuously improve cardholder experience. Provide continued reporting and communication to senior management to facilitate and assist decision making processes.

- Financial & analytical skills with experience in managing product P&L and budgets
- Ability to negotiate and solutions oriented to identify win-win scenarios that leave all parties satisfied with a business outcome that will be mutually beneficial
