Includes Service Shops. Develops a year plan for (a part) of the manufacturing organization. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.**As a PMO/Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for**:- Being responsible for the overall reactivation activity for Tubular Welding shop involving production line reassemble & set up management, maintenance & certification contracts for equipment, consumables area, gas/water/air systems, internal logistics process and administrative management- Managing project scheduling and reporting milestones to Senior Leaders- Redefining processes and procedures on a regular basis and require frequent interaction with adjacent functions (e.g. engineering, planning, maintenance).- Leading selection, training and development process for new employees.- Providing total manufacturing / group leadership in the attainment of goals with respect to safety, quality, fulfillment, costs and compliance.- Collaborating with Value Stream Leaders and other functions to achieve customer satisfaction and fulfillment objectives- Directing the manufacturing of production and development of hardware- Ensuring assigned employees are aware/comply with all BH, government, customer and applicable policies, procedures, rules and regulations- Developing necessary business plans to enhance all project management requirements, including throughput, labor hours, cycle time, costs and delivery- Structuring assigned organization and staff positions with personnel to accomplish business objectives- Providing ongoing supervision and counseling for employees, guiding them in current positions and assisting with career development and training**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will:- Bachelor's degree- English and Portuguese fluent- Good experience in shop activation and tubular welding processes- People Leader experience**Work in a way that works for you**We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
