We’ve recently raisedUS $3.2 M in seed funding, backed by leading climate and deep-tech investors, and are now expanding our product and design teams.At Boldr, you’ll join a small, world-class team of engineers, designers, and product thinkers who care deeply aboutcraft, sustainability, and impact. We move fast, stay curious, and build things that make the world a bit bolder and a lot more efficient.The RoleAs ourFounding Product Designer, you’ll define how millions of homes interact with energy. You’ll work side-by-side with Boldr's CTO/CPO and the founding team, turning complex hardware + software systems into experiences that feel simple, human, and delightful.You’ll: Lead theend-to-end designof our app, website, and select hardware interfaces. Build and maintain ourdesign system, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. Partner closely withengineers and product managersto bring ideas to life with precision. Research, prototype, and test,making sure our products genuinely help people save energy. Contribute beyond your title: help refine marketing visuals, brand guidelines, and storytelling as we grow.We’re an early-stage startup, which means you’ll have real ownership and the freedom to shape both our product and culture from day one.About YouYou might have led design at a startup, freelanced across products, or built your own thing. What matters is that you’veowned design end-to-end, shipped real things, and care deeply about users. We’re looking for: Fluent English(our user base and team are global) Expert Figma skillsand comfort working in design systems Strongvisual and interaction designfoundations Bonus: experience runninguser interviews or usability tests The ability tocommunicate and collaborateeffectively with engineers Curiosity, self-direction, and a startup mindset, no task too big or smallEducation doesn’t matter that much to us.
