Talent Development Partner About the Role: We're seeking a highly creative and hands-on professional to join our team as a Senior Talent Development Specialist. You'll partner closely with leaders to understand their desired outcomes, time constraints, and needs. Leveraging this knowledge, you'll craft relevant learning content that drives measurable results for internal customers. Design and develop engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate. Curate and maintain a dynamic training catalog within our Learning Management System (LMS). Rapidly produce high-quality content elevated by feedback and data in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities: To design and develop engaging multimedia content using tools like Articulate, creating a diverse range of solutions tailored to meet specific needs. To serve as the operational owner for our LMS system, ensuring a streamlined training catalog is maintained and accessible to all users. To embody an agile mindset, rapidly producing high-quality content that meets the evolving needs of our customers.
