Corporate Development Specialist The role of the Corporate Development Specialist is multifaceted, encompassing various responsibilities that foster growth and success within an organization. This position requires a unique blend of skills and expertise, including M&A pipeline management using Salesforce CRM, meeting monthly targets for meaningful contacts and other measurable KPIs, as well as working autonomously with leadership to qualify potential opportunities. M&A Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust M&A pipeline using Salesforce CRM, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency in all aspects of the process. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for meaningful contacts and other measurable KPIs, demonstrating exceptional performance and commitment to goals. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with M&A leadership to identify, evaluate, and qualify potential opportunities, fostering a culture of collaboration and driving business growth. Lead Evaluation and Allocation: Effectively evaluate leads and allocate them accurately within portfolio verticals, ensuring optimal resource utilization and maximizing ROI.
