Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled technology leader to drive complex application development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical contributor with a proven track record in building high-performance systems while excelling in backend implementation and frontend execution. This role is ideal for a technically strong developer who is ready to expand their impact beyond code delivery into collaborative leadership stakeholder communication and architectural decision making. Lead end-to-end development of scalable secure and maintainable applications using Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, and Angular Deliver high-quality code with a strong emphasis on performance security and clean architecture Actively participate in code reviews technical discussions and architectural decisions Collaborate closely with product managers designers QA teams and other team members to translate business needs into technical solutions Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects Application Development: Lead the design and development of scalable secure and maintainable applications using modern technologies Code Quality: Deliver high-quality code with a strong emphasis on performance security and clean architecture Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
