Responsibilities
  • Replace manual processes with automated workflows using Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint.
  • Analyze and manage trade-related data to support compliance and reporting needs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Integrate systems through APIs to ensure seamless data exchange and compliance screening.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and secure data handling.
  • Support the implementation of global trade compliance programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in data management, automation, or analytics.
  • Entry-level experience in trade compliance—or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills in English to collaborate with global teams.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like:
    • Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Lists
    • SAP, Ariba, Workday Learning, Atlas
    • Lexis Nexis / DPL Screening
    • ServiceNow or GLPI
    • Basic HTML/CSS
    • API integration (highly valued)
