Why consider this role Salary up to $115,000 per year Full suite of benefits including truck allowance, insurance coverage, and 401k match Hybrid work environment with flexibility between home office and job sites Opportunity to manage significant projects across the country Chance to make a positive impact on client satisfaction and project success What to Expect (Responsibilities) Coordinate and supervise work on‑site, including subcontractor activities, safety protocols, and scheduling Interact regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and contribute to project success Lead construction sites to achieve profit goals while maintaining workplace safety Promote a positive company image and strive to exceed client expectations Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring quality control and adherence to project plans Qualifications (Required) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of commercial construction Strong project management skills and experience in construction management Proficiency in change order and RFI processes Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Capability to understand and navigate project plans and specifications Preferred Qualifications Experience with projects for major retailers, specifically Walmart and Sam's Club Proactive leadership abilities and strong people skills Excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and challenging work environment We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
