OverviewDepartment: Brazil ConsultancyEmployment Type: TemporaryLocation: Campinas, BrazilReporting To: WilliamCompensation: R$16,000 - R$18,000 / monthDescriptionWhy Soben?We ´re an award-winning construction consultancy with bold ambitions and a clear vision for the future.Since our founding in ****, we''ve made significant progress, but now, we're entering a new chapter of accelerated growth and transformation.This is a truly exciting time to join our team.We''re aiming to grow to 1,000 professionals worldwide by ****, expanding both in our existing markets and into new regions to support a growing portfolio of capital projects.In March ****, Soben was acquired by Accenture, marking a major milestone in our journey.This strategic alliance combines Accenture's innovation and digital capabilities with Soben's deep industry expertise and commercial know-how.As part of Accenture's Industry X – Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice, we are now positioned to reshape the future of capital project delivery, leveraging technology and insight to deliver better, faster, and more sustainable outcomes for our clients in a rapidly evolving global market.Role Description We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to support site operations by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data from site security and access control systems.This role is essential for driving insights that enhance workforce management, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across large-scale construction environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop automated dashboards and reports integrating data from multiple sources such as Excel, SharePoint, and internal site systems.Extract, process, and analyze data from site security and access control systems (including QR Code or badge-based platforms) to track workforce activity and trends.Perform exploratory and predictive data analyses to identify patterns, support planning, and inform management decisions.Collaborate with project managers and global stakeholders to define analytical needs and provide actionable insights.Ensure data integrity and accuracy within all systems and documentation related to site operations.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.Intermediate to advanced English for communication with cross-functional teams.Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization (preferably within industrial, construction, or site operations environments).Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, macros, pivot tables) and SharePoint; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.Ability to extract and interpret information from security/access control or operational software systems.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in construction, manufacturing, or large-site environments.Demonstrated ability to automate processes and improve data workflows.Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.#J-*****-Ljbffr
