Job Summary The position of Sales Director LATAM involves leading a team of Account Executives and driving growth in the Latin America market. About Us Our company is a rapidly growing organization with offices worldwide, servicing clients across various industries. Responsibilities Lead the regional sales team to meet assigned revenue targets in the LATAM region. Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the sales team's activities, driving new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts. Recruit, mentor, and develop sales talent to grow and expand our extensive library of STEM video titles. Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, regularly assessing progress and making adjustments as needed. Analyze buyer and influencer motivations, competitive dynamics, and the sales cycle to prioritize and refine sales strategies. Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and goals. Successfully plan and manage renewal projects with existing clients.
