Cultural Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cultural Operations Manager to lead our efforts in promoting a positive and engaging rider culture throughout the year. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies that drive business growth and improve rider satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute monthly themed events and traditional festival events that align with industry trends and social hot spots;
- Coordinate large-scale event projects, including planning, resource allocation, implementation, and review, ensuring high-quality results and meeting quantitative indicators;
- Collaborate across departments to develop activity cooperation mechanisms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support business objectives;
- Able to undertake complex core event projects, providing comprehensive reviews and responsible for qualitative and quantitative indicators and actual results.
Requirements:
- Able to collaborate or integrate internal and external resources, demonstrating a team spirit;
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with good logical thinking ability and data sensitivity;
- Good project management experience, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
