iHunters is partnering with a leading global iGaming company, operating in 19 markets with over 2,700 employees worldwide, to hire a Tax Manager for their growing operation in Brazil. This is a unique opportunity for professionals looking to work in a highly dynamic, international, and regulated environment, with the chance to directly influence the growth and structuring of the Brazilian operation. Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for all tax-related matters in Brazil, ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations, especially within the gaming and online betting sector. Develop and implement tax strategies aligned with corporate guidelines and Brazilian legislation. Monitor tax and regulatory changes, assess risks and opportunities, and implement required updates to processes and policies. Manage and review the calculation of direct and indirect taxes, including preparation and submission of tax obligations. Support tax audits, inspections, and interactions with regulatory bodies. Collaborate closely with local and international teams, including Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs, providing tax advisory support to business stakeholders. Drive the development and improvement of tax processes, with a focus on automation, efficiency, and risk mitigation. Represent the company in key tax discussions internally and externally. Requirements:Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Law, Business, Economics, or related fields (Postgraduate/Masters degree is a plus). Solid experience in tax management, with deep knowledge of Brazilian direct and indirect taxes, as well as tax compliance processes. Strong understanding of the regulatory environment, ideally with experience in digital businesses, technology, fintech, or gaming sectors. Previous experience in multinational environments or large corporations, preferably with international reporting lines. Fluent English (both written and spoken) mandatory. Hands-on profile, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset. Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with a sense of urgency and excellent interpersonal skills.
