Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Sales Operation Specialist/Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales targets, analyzing sales data, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities Sales Target Management: Establish a target management system and utilize efficient data tools and organizational methods to manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data, regularly producing sales analysis reports to support business decision-making. Participate in the construction and maintenance of sales data dashboards, assisting in building data management systems to improve data efficiency and visualization. Support supervisors in building, optimizing, and maintaining sales management data, driving efficiency improvement through data-driven management. Responsible for the collection, organization, and archiving of sales-related data to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Handle various sales support tasks as assigned by supervisors, including but not limited to data statistics, report generation, process optimization, and daily administrative support. Assist the team in tracking business progress, collecting and feeding back issues, ensuring smooth information channels and timely issue resolution. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in data analysis, statistics, finance, or related fields; 3 years ormore of workexperience in sales support, data analysis, or operational management; Proficientin using data analysis and visualization tools, experience in data dashboard construction is preferred; Possess good communication and coordination skills as well as teamwork spirit, able to efficiently support cross departmental collaboration.
