**Your mission**:
Odds Scanner is looking for a Spanish-speaker Junior Affiliate Manager to join our team.
In this role, you'll act as the catalyst for discovering, onboarding, and growing partnerships with affiliates across Latin America. You'll focus both on attracting new partners and strengthening relationships with existing ones, turning each into a long-term strategic collaborator.
Your mission is to help affiliates succeed by providing them with the right tools, guidance, and ongoing support to drive measurable traffic and performance. **Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage with potential affiliate partners, including bloggers, influencers, and website owners, across Spanish-speaking markets.
- Negotiate deal structures, commission models, and partnership terms that align with business objectives.
- Onboard new affiliates by guiding them through tools, branding guidelines, compliance protocols, and campaign expectations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all affiliate partners, ensuring timely support and relationship development.
- Maintain consistent and proactive communication with affiliates to drive motivation, performance, and brand alignment.
- Provide affiliates with regular performance feedback, creative assets, and updates on ongoing or upcoming campaigns.
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve individual traffic and revenue targets.
- Plan, launch, and oversee affiliate-driven promotional campaigns such as product launches, seasonal offers, or special events.
- Monitor and ensure all affiliates are using current links, banners, messaging, and campaign creatives.
- Attend industry conferences and networking events to build relationships and stay informed about affiliate marketing trends.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in Account Management or Affiliate Marketing- Experience in managing performance-based channels or products- Basic understanding of iGaming and sports betting- Professional proficiency in English & Spanish- Organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and manage workflows- Excellent communication skills
