Job Title: ITSM Service Delivery Specialist In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our IT service management platform using Freshservice. This is a critical position in driving operational excellence, enhancing user experience, and aligning service delivery with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and maintain Freshservice modules to ensure seamless service delivery. Implement automation workflows and SLAs to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams on Freshservice best practices. Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service performance metrics. Requirements: Proven experience in IT service management, with a focus on service delivery and optimization. Strong technical skills, including Freshservice configuration and customization. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
