**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are hiring an OPERATIONS ASSISTANT to our GLOBAL SALES AND OPERATIONS team
**YOUR IMPACT**
- Ensure the maintenance of the client companies' eligible base;
- Receiving, treatment and processing information and data;
- Registration of new employees, exclusion of dismissed employees;
- Data analysis and updating;
- Reporting;
- Communication with local teams;
- Billing adjustments.
**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's degree (Studying);
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel (mandatory);
- Analytical and proactive profile;
- Customer oriented;
- Focused;
- Problem solving;
- Written communication skills;
- Flexible;
- Intermediate Spanish is a plus;
- Intermediate English is a plus;
- Knowledge in Python is a plus;
- Knowledge/skills with the financial sector is a plus;
