What kind of professional are we looking for?

We're looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. You'll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with hiring processes, talent hunting, and administrative HR tasks.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and translate them into hiring plans.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Support operational processes and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis, SC; interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: experience with administrative or service-related tasks; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree.
Contract details
  • As a Contractor (PJ), compensation is R$2.5K with potential increase to R$5K after 6 months.
  • Remote work; 2 weeks of paid leave per year; national holidays; paid parental and marriage leave; health care plan; all expenses paid for training, conferences, and online courses.
  • Work with international clients and standards; opportunity to grow as a leader; English required with coworkers.
