**Principais responsabilidades da função**:
- Identificar oportunidades de vendas, upsell.
- Analise o nível de satisfação.
- Colaboração com vendas, produto e outras equipes internas para garantir a renovação do cliente
- Realizar treinamentos pós-vendas e apresentações pré-vendas.
- Busque a conversão proativa de pequenos clientes potenciais
**Requisitos**: Conhecimento do setor Experiência em atendimento ao cliente Conhecimento de GIS ou gerenciamento de ferramentas de mapas Experiência em empresas AgTech/Saas
