If so, we want you to join our team About the Role As our Strategic Account Manager, you’ll manage and grow key strategic accounts for our app, driving revenue, user engagement, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions and coordinate initiatives across departments. You’ll also report to Exco on performance, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives. What You’ll Do Develop and execute strategic account plans to boost app adoption and revenue growth. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular business reviews. Implement data-driven strategies to consistently exceed targets. Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and promotions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client initiatives. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform account strategies. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. 3–7 years’ experience in strategic or digital account management. Proven success in growing digital products or app-based accounts. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a tech environment.
