Facilities Advisor

We are looking for a goal-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Past experience in Facilities / Office Management is required.**JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**- Maintain day-to-day running of the Corporate office in Brazil.- Act as a focal point for all onshore-based functions in Brazil with regards to all aspects related to Facilities (office access, mail distribution, client meeting, management of office desks and others).- Identify and work with 3rd party contractors to support day-to-day office operations (e.g. maintenance & engineering).- Work closely with the Global Facilities Team as part of day-to-day office management as well as specific projects.- Participate in ad-hoc Facilities-related projects as required (e.g. identification of Savings initiatives; renegotiation of lease agreement, etc).- Responsible for updating Oracle for starters, leavers, absence and employee movements..- Support the HR team on the onboarding process as IT and office suppliers request and deliver for new employees.- Responsible for managing data on annual vacations for onshore and offshore employees and its calculation / approval.- Responsible for arranging Facilities and HR related POs approvals and payments, such as, all expenses reports for onshore and offshore personnel.- Responsible for Benefits administration, i.e., managing data, and adding and removing employees from PMI/ Insurance, meal and food voucher, health and dental insurance, medical and paternity leave, EAP, day care and gym voucher schemes.- Support the Sr HR Advisor with relocation for expatriates in Brazil.- Support the HR Advisors with day-to-day general tasks.**SAFETY AT SEADRILL****Our goal is to ensure that ‘nobody gets hurt’ whilst performing their job.
