Business Development Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development expert to take on the responsibility of independently recruiting and managing agencies, hosts, and coin-dealers. This includes engaging with high-value resources and formulating recruitment strategies for results.

  • Responsibilities will include:
  • Recruiting and managing external partners to expand our network.
  • Maintaining existing relationships to ensure continued cooperation.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Performing daily operational tasks as required by the business needs.

The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, reliable, and loyal, with excellent communication skills and a sales-driven mindset. Experience with social apps and voice features is an asset in this role.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-oriented approach with patience and persistence
  • Familiarity with social app features and gameplay
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • At least one year of experience in business development or a related field
