The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is excited to design, implement and manage our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. This role reports to the Director of IT. You will be customer-facing and the first line of support, owning the support experience for employees via tools like Slack and Jira. We are Mac-focused, you will troubleshoot, use the terminal, and manage enterprise macOS deployments. You will procure and deliver technology equipment and own onboarding and offboarding experiences. You will design, test, build, and document programs, policies and tools, and improve knowledge bases. You will manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and Mac endpoint/mobile device management tools. You will contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools and automate busywork. You will manage incidents and balance tickets with project work in agile environments. What You Bring to Ledn: 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc. Experience with open source tools (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, Munki, etc.). Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; working with APIs to integrate systems. Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; shipping and receiving hardware and customs. Excellent communication skills across media; clear writing for tickets, emails and Slack. Proficiency in documenting solutions and automating routine tasks. Experience with enterprise macOS management and SaaS tools listed above. Networking fundamentals and basic troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching); OSI model understanding. Self-management and ability to scope projects and work across multiple teams; agile experience with Jira. Nice to Haves: Some familiarity with AWS; GAM and command-line tooling; Jamf and Okta certifications; Google Workspace certifications.
