Information Technology Manager

Overview Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future. We offer egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries. We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The role is customer-facing with a focus on delivering a high-quality IT experience for employees and supporting a cloud-first infrastructure. Responsibilities Provide first-line customer-facing IT support to employees via Slack, Jira, and other channels. Own the end-user technology experience, including provisioning equipment, onboarding new employees, and offboarding processes. Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, Netsuite). Manage identity and access management, including integrating SSO with providers like Okta and Google Workspace; work with APIs to integrate systems. Own and improve IDP/SSO workflows; articulate solutions and create help articles; automate routine tasks. Respond to, and resolve, critical incidents and issues, prioritizing tickets and delivering results through to completion. Plan and execute projects across sprints; document work in Jira; align objectives with team and company goals. Collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholders across Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. Contribute to a growing cloud-first infrastructure and networks strategy; participate in design, implementation and automation efforts. What You Bring to Ledn (Qualifications) 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, and other scripting tools. Experience with open-source tooling (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; knowledge of APIs and system integrations. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; ability to handle equipment shipping/receiving and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication across all media; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically. Strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching) and OSI model layers. Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and work effectively with multiple teams. Strong organizational and task-management skills; comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete data. Desired / Nice-to-Have Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces for automation. Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.
