Come join us as we build, innovate and revolutionize financial services The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security-first, environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code. But, just as passionate about helping end users who are in need of help. You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud first infrastructure and networks. You will have a passion for innovation and creative problem solving, as well as be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment. You will need to be a highly motivated, dependable and an experienced technologist who shares our passion and wants to be a part of a fast moving and highly execution-oriented team. You will work closely with your Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including, but not limited to, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and fast learner who is looking for a supportive environment to continue to grow their IT skills and expertise. This role will report to the Director of IT. Role and Responsibilities Be customer-facing, the first line of support; own support, and provide an outstanding support experience to employees via Slack, Jira, etc. We\'re all Mac. Troubleshoot, use the terminal, and make macOS work in the enterprise. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding experience for all new employees and the retrieval process for departing employees. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf, etc.). Own and contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate busywork. Manage, respond to, and fix critical incidents and issues as needed, through to completion. Balance help desk tickets with project work; work in sprints and document progress in Jira (adhere to agile methods). Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite. Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc. Experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; working knowledge of APIs and system integrations. Experience providing remote support across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping/receiving and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically. Strong documentation skills and the ability to craft clear tickets, emails, and Slack messages. Proven ability to self-manage, scope projects, and coordinate across multiple teams. Strong organizational and task-management skills; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete data. Nice to Have Some familiarity with AWS (no certifications required). Experience with GAM and CLI work to increase efficiency. Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace certifications. Culture fit: leadership aligned with startup/tech environment values.
