The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated prior success in similar roles in rapidly growing, security-first environments. The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is also passionate about helping end users who need assistance. You will participate in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks. You should be adaptable to the evolving corporate infrastructure landscape and able to work in a fast-moving, execution-oriented team. This role reports to the Director of IT. Role Details What You Will Do Be customer-facing and the first line of support; own support via Slack, Jira, etc. We are a Mac environment. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own the onboarding experience for new employees and the retrieval process for departing employees. Design, test, build, document programs and policies and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management (MDM/EMM) tools such as Jamf. Improve IDP and SSO tooling (GSuite, Okta, etc.); document solutions and automate repetitive tasks. Handle incidents to resolution; manage help desk tickets with prioritization and agile project work in Jira. Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; API knowledge for system integrations. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; ability to ship and receive hardware across borders. Excellent cross-media communication skills; clear writing for tickets, email, and Slack. Ability to write clearly and concisely; strong customer-centric approach. Understanding of security concepts and PGP; networking fundamentals and OSI model troubleshooting; ability to self-manage and scope projects across teams. Nice to Have Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces for efficiency. Jamf and Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications.
