Overview Information Technology Manager at Ledn. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The role requires wearing many hats, including end-user support, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. The right candidate will have demonstrated success in similar roles within fast-growing, security-first environments and will be passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code. You will design, implement, and manage our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks and collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholders across the organization. You will be customer-facing and serve as the first line of support for employees via tools such as Slack and Jira. This role involves procuring and delivering technology equipment, managing onboarding and offboarding, and documenting programs, policies, and tooling. You will support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and manage Mac endpoints and MDM/EMM tools. You will contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools and write knowledge articles and automations. You will manage incidents and priorities, participate in agile sprints, and align objectives with team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc., and to integrate APIs across systems. Experience with SSO (Okta) and IAM workflows; familiarity with remote support across time zones. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear tickets, emails, and articles; customer-focused and able to handle frustrated users calmly. Proficiency with macOS in an enterprise environment, troubleshooting, and terminal usage. Experience with security practices, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs), and OSI model troubleshooting. Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and collaborate across multiple teams. Nice-to-have: AWS familiarity, GAM and CLI tooling, Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications, and experience in a remote/high-growth setting.
