Market Intelligence Expert About this role: We are seeking a skilled Market Intelligence Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: User Research Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and pain points. Build and maintain user personas and journey maps tailored to different customer segments. Measure the impact of product experience, promotions, delivery speed, and fees on retention and conversion. Collaborate with product teams to design and analyze A/B tests and usability studies. Market Analysis : Monitor market dynamics, including consumer trends, pricing strategies, and service innovations. Analyze market share distribution, regional demand patterns, and promotional strategies across the industry. Identify unmet needs and whitespace opportunities through benchmarking and customer feedback. Prepare market research reports to support product, marketing, and operations teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with data analytics, marketing, product, and operations teams to integrate insights into decision-making. Present findings to leadership in clear, actionable formats (dashboards, briefs, presentations). Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field. Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate across international teams. Experience in market research, consumer insights, or strategic analysis; experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or logistics is a strong plus. Strong business acumen with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
