Business Growth Strategist We are seeking a seasoned business professional to join our team and drive the growth of our innovation vertical. As a Business Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to enhance our business model, improve profitability, and increase top-line growth. Main Responsibilities: Business Model Optimization: Design and refine our business model to ensure it is aligned with our strategic objectives and market trends. Financial Management: Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgeting processes to support business growth. Strategic Planning: Lead the development of strategic plans that align with our business objectives and identify opportunities for growth. Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects to implement business growth initiatives and ensure timely completion within budget. Process Improvement: Design and implement new business processes to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution. Performance Analysis: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and operational effectiveness. What We Need From You: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable. Experience: Proven experience in a strategy, planning, business development, or management consulting role, with significant experience in P&L management and process design. Strategic Acumen: Strong ability to think strategically, analyze complex business problems, and develop innovative solutions. Analytical Skills: Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong financial modeling and forecasting skills. Project Management: Expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects. Process Design: Experience in mapping, designing, and optimizing business processes. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Leadership: A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive change in a fast-paced environment.
