Business Development Specialist We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets Customer Engagement: Identify and develop long-term relationships with enterprise, ISP, and carrier customers Sales Lead Identification: Identify sales leads, provide sales support, manage sales processes, close sales deals, and negotiate terms and conditions Account Management: Manage and document adequate sales pipeline (estimated 5X annual revenue target) Reporting and Analytics: Provide accurate weekly activity, and various monthly and ad hoc reports to senior management Essential Skills and Qualifications: Sales Experience: Proven sales experience selling to multinational corporations Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Mandarin and Portuguese preferred. Mandarin required. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; verbally, written, face-to-face and over the phone with customers and co-workers Travel Availability: Travel availability daily within region to customers, and with notice to other locations worldwide Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education; preferred concentration in Telecom, IT or business-related discipline
