Job Description We are seeking a skilled Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic plans for our 3PL partners. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis, product development, and frontline operations. You will work closely with various teams to ensure accurate characterization of partners and develop a systematic rights and interests incentive program. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing medium- and long-term strategies for partner development. Collaborating with frontline teams to help high-quality partners grow and achieve win-win situations. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree or above in any field. At least 3 years of experience in B-end and D-end strategic operation, business analysis, or 3PL management. Strong data analysis and communication skills. Experience in building incentive systems and scoring systems is a plus. Familiarity with fulfillment and delivery management under crowdsourcing and franchise models.
