We are currently looking for a Tester (Functional & Automation) —an exciting opportunity to build innovative solutions in a hybrid position based in San Pablo . ResponsibilitiesPerform manual functional testing for CRM-related projects, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail. Design, create, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements. Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Postman, and Azure Test Plans, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines. Define and implement the overall testing strategy, including test plans, approaches, and best practices for CRM testing (as this is a newly established QA role). Execute functional, regression, and performance testing to validate releases and ensure all quality gates are met before production deployment. Log, document, and track defects and test results, collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues. Partner with other QA team members to formulate and align testing strategies across teams. Ensure continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and automation coverage. Work independently and proactively within an Agile environment, maintaining clear communication with cross-functional teams. RequirementsA minimum of 3 years of experience in QA, with a focus on manual functional testing and experience with test automation. Strong experience working with Azure DevOps and knowledge of testing strategy Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Nice to have skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, Power BI, Data Quality, Microsoft Azure and Azure Pipelines We OfferMeal and Food Vouchers: Monthly benefits to support your dining expenses, both at home and outside.
