As a Contracts Specialist you are working with our Contract Operations Lead in LATAM on executing all necessary contractual work for our regional Marketing org.
You have a strong sense of how to manage large volumes of work across highly­matrixed, complex organizations and you bring a strong collaborative approach which helps as you work well with cross functional teams and marketers in LATAM.
You are responsible for understanding the needs of the Marketer, anticipating the legal issues that arise and preempting the questions of the legal, procurement and finance teams.
You are able to advise, review and analyze across a number of agreements: statements of work (SOWs).
Your experience will help us unlock new ways of working and enable us to develop methods of streamlining and improving internal contract workflows and processes.
This role requires fluency in English, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish as you will be communicating verbally and drafting/executing contracts in these three languages.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Partner directly with Marketers on the contract lifecycle including ensuring compliance with corporate policies, advising teams on procedures and procedures for their contracts, drafting contracts and partnering with cross­functional teams (legal, finance, compliance) throughout the process.
Partner with and legal teams to steer agreements through the legal process from start to completion on behalf of the Marketer.
Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and directives from legal counsel.
Advise internal teams on various policies, procedures, approaches and referred practices as it relates to their contracts.
Work cross­functionally with our compliance, finance, and other departments to ensure obligations and requirements of Marketing agreements are fully understood and being met, with the organization remaining in compliance with all of its obligations and requirements.
Partner with legal to develop/improve legal templates and processes to reduce contracting turnaround time.
Outstanding negotiation, interpersonal, and written skills.
Ability to read and write fluently in English, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil).

Experience working independently and collaboratively with cross­functional teams (e.g. Legal, Finance, and Marketing).
Experience working within or with Marketing, media and agency in an operational oriented role.
Experience working across marketing and creative contracts.
