We are looking for a Foundation Manager who will lead the charge in creating and shaping this vital effort from the ground up. The Impact You Can Make
In this role, you will have a direct impact on the lives of individuals and communities affected by climate change. You will take this initiative from concept to reality, identifying effective ways to respond to crises, support rebuilding efforts, and prepare communities for the future. Your decisions will help us move closer to a more resilient world as you develop strategic programs, oversee their implementation, and lead the Foundation's fundraising efforts.

Core Working Relationships
As the Foundation Manager , you will collaborate closely with InPlanet’s Founders and the wider leadership team to ensure that the foundation’s mission aligns with our broader organizational goals. You will nurture relationships with local governments, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure our programs address the real needs of the affected communities. Additionally, you will partner with finance and operations teams to manage budgets responsibly and ensure transparency in resource allocation. Through these collaborative relationships, you will drive the foundation’s success and make a lasting impact.

Core Skills & Experience

• Strategic Planning: Craft a flexible strategy that aligns with our evolving mission.
• Program Management: Experience designing and implementing impactful social and CSR programs from scratch, ensuring alignment with overarching goals.
• Fundraising & Development: Lead fundraising campaigns, write compelling grant proposals, and build strong donor relationships to secure necessary resources.
• Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with NGOs, governments, and community groups for collaborative initiatives.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets efficiently, transparently, and with maximum impact.
• Monitoring & Evaluation: Set up systems to measure program success and use data to improve outcomes.
• Incorporation and Administration: Incorporate and administer the Foundation, ensuring all organizational processes are running smoothly.

• Experience in CSR, social impact, humanitarian aid, or related fields.
• Familiarity with climate change-related issues.
• Background in grant writing, corporate partnerships, or nonprofit fundraising.
• Previous experience starting or scaling a nonprofit initiative.
• A strong network in the nonprofit or social impact sectors.

• Deep care for people and the planet, driven by making a positive impact.
• A strategic thinker who knows how to execute and get things done.
• Experience leading teams, building partnerships, and managing impactful programs.
• Comfort with fundraising and relationship building.

Our salary range may be wide or undefined initially due to our international presence and globally distributed workforce, utilizing geo ranges to account for varying pay differentials. These ranges are determined by role, level, and location, influenced by factors such as location, skills, experience, training, business requirements, and market dynamics, with potential adjustments aligned with our commitment to fairness and transparency.
