Gain visibility: with SAP Internship Experience Program in your title, you’ll have a global network of SAP leaders, entrepreneurs and career development opportunities at your fingertips.**About the team**:**What you’ll do**:**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - HR Talent Attraction - Tech Recruiter Intern**Location**: São Leopoldo, Brazil**In this role, you’ll**:- Support the Proactive Hiring for Diversity and Inclusion- Communicate (in writing and on the telephone) with applicants in English- Support recruiters during university recruiting events- Support HR marketing initiatives- Participate in global and regional team calls- Work on projects as required**Who you are**:- We’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and likes to stay curious. You enjoy working on meaningful projects and are energized by lifelong learning.- University student enrolled to Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related areas- Advanced English skills (written & spoken)- Experience with HR or Talent Acquisition/Attraction/Recruiting is a plusTeam-orientation and an ability to communicate well with team members and managers- Strong orientation to service, customer & quality focus.- Excellent communication skills.**OUR PLEDGE TO FLEX WORK**At SAP, we value a flexible work which allows every employee to run at their personal best.
