**_JOB SUMMARY:_**
The Finance Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of accounting and overview the tax compliance functions including local (BR GAAP/CPC's) and US GAAP financial reporting; yearly budgeting process and monthly reforecasting; and cash management. In addition, directs all initiatives of process improvements and motivating teams to strive for high quality performance.
**_ ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- Lead and manage all aspects of accounting and overview the tax compliance functions (indirect and direct).
- Build, lead and develop a highly motivated and world-class team.
- Compile and distribute accurate monthly local and US GAAP financial statements and operational reports based on corporate guideline; ensure compliance with statutory regulations and legislation
- Develop together with the accounting provider an annual tax planning, including the realization of certain VAT tax receivables balances (ICMS and IPI), taking special attention to the corporate
