RN Clinical Educator - Specialty HospitalPosition: RN Clinical Educator at Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital Job Summary: To ensure clinical staff has the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality, competent, and safe care to residents. Essential Functions:Develop and deliver in-service programs based on clinical needs Evaluate educational content and methods Create orientation and mentorship programs for new and existing staff Maintain educational records and monitor compliance Collaborate with management to identify educational needs Participate in developing standards and policies for patient safety and quality care Oversee educational programs and documentation systems Conduct learning needs assessments and participate in nursing management activities Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred 2-4 years of clinical and teaching experience preferred Registered Nurse license required CPR, ACLS, and advanced nursing certification required Additional Requirements:Recent ICU experience Support adherence to hospital policies and legal requirements Promote team effort and professional development Note: This position is part-time and seniority level is Associate.
