Financial Services - Account Manager, Sales Brazil Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced AWS Sales Account Manager focused on Financial Services Industry (FSI) accounts. This role will drive revenue, adoption, and growth for small‑to‑mid‑market accounts and enterprise‑level customers including public sector. In this role, the candidate will work with a small set of large FSI customers and provide tailored, prescriptive solutions. A self‑starter capable of executing an account coverage plan and consistently delivering on revenue targets is required. The role demands both sales and technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with extended teams. Key Job Responsibilities Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets; Develop and execute a strategic plan that creates and maintains a robust sales pipeline, including opportunities in existing accounts and net‑new business; Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically; Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS; Analyze sales/metrics data from accounts to evolve strategy; Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement; Work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities; Assist FSI customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Amazon Web Services and best‑practice implementations; Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key FSI accounts. Basic Qualifications 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives; 10+ years of experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems; Experience developing detailed go‑to‑market plans. About The Team Amazon values diverse experiences.
