Retention Optimization Lead Our ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of omnichannel retention strategies that strengthen customer lifetime value across multiple touchpoints. Design and execute end-to-end retention programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions and improve post-purchase experience. Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Service, and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of retention initiatives. analyze customer behavior, churn trends, and engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities and propose actionable improvements. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or Data Analytics. 5+ years of experience in marketing retention, preferably within trade or consumer market sectors, along with a proven record in customer lifetime value, loyalty programs, or retention project management are necessary. Familiarity with CRM, automation, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze, Google Analytics, and Tableau is also required.
