Job Title: Technical Operations Specialist

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing the response to critical incidents via advanced issue resolution tools, providing regular updates until resolution.
  • Conducting in-depth application troubleshooting and identifying proactive measures to enhance overall system reliability.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
  • Developing and enhancing monitoring capabilities using tools like Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk to provide real-time insights.
  • Designing and improving monitoring scripts and alerts based on incident learnings to prevent future issues.
  • Handling customer escalations and coordinating with Support and Engineering teams to resolve concerns efficiently.
  • Supporting planned activities and responding to ad-hoc requests from various teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Profound experience in DevOps and Production Support.
  • Experience in automation and CI/CD practices to streamline processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, with a preference for at least one of these options.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk to identify trends and patterns.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to deep dive into complex application issues.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively across teams.

Key Requirements:

This position requires a strong foundation in system administration, network protocols, and data security. Proficiency in multiple programming languages is essential, including Python, Java, and C++. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is also desirable.
