By blending deep expertise with localized infrastructure, Dadosfera provides a powerful, efficient tool that optimizes corporate data management and drives data-driven transformation.**About the Job****Responsibilities**- Create financial scenarios and business plans to support strategic decision-making for leadership.- Build and refine financial models for Budget, Forecast, and Actual vs. Budget comparisons.- Perform financial simulations and predictive analyses, providing insights that drive company decisions and performance.- Ensure financial information is compliant and accessible to stakeholders.- Act as the primary FP&A contact, facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.- Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for the Board and Leadership.- Develop and monitor KPIs, management reports, and budget tracking (OpEx and CapEx).**Minimum Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.- Advanced Excel skills (Google Sheets preferred) and programming knowledge (SQL, Python, or similar).- Strong knowledge of controllership, treasury, cash flow, scenario modeling, and corporate finance.- Experience in budget planning, project costing, and pricing.- Experience managing financial investments, loans, and financing.**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience in corporate finance within the tech sector (SaaS).- Advanced English proficiency.- Competency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data analysis.- Experience in startup environments.- Familiarity with foreign exchange operations, offshore structures, and currency risk mitigation.
