**This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in Brazil.**

Rock is a global leader in content marketing, with offices in four countries, so English is our official language. Therefore, you will be tested on English language proficiency, and the results will be available by the end of the test.

We are looking for an exceptional FP&A Analyst who will strongly support the business and impact decision-making by providing KPIs with business trends

Your impact:

- Support month-end activities working closely with Accounting and Corporate teams, analyze full P&L budget to actual variations, manage pricing and FX impacts, enhance data consistency, and prepare monthly close templates for presentations.
- Ensure actions are taken care of so that expenses are within approved.
- Develop more efficient controls and work on data automation, improving existing reports and tooling capabilities in financial systems.
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis to evaluate KPIs, uncover trends, assess current/future business risks and opportunities, and communicate actionable insights to key stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

- Fluent English skills
- Experience in FP&A/controllership roles, especially in tracking expenses and efficiency KPIs.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and detailed profiling
