Your role will focus on analyzing requirements improving workflows and providing functional expertise in modules such as Address Book and Distribution with emphasis on Purchasing Sales and Tax processes. Workplace : Sao Bernardo do Campo Work Model : Hybrid (3 days in the office - 2 days from home) Typical Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Map and analyze processes identifying opportunities for improvement. Provide functional support for JD Edwards ERP and related platforms. Lead and guide users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. Prepare operational documentation and Knowledge Base articles to resolve recurring issues. Support purchasing sales and tax-related processes within JD Edwards modules. What You Will Need to Be Successful Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Intermediate English proficiency for effective communication across teams. Strong knowledge of JD Edwards ERP particularly Address Book and Distribution modules. Experience in Purchasing Sales and Tax processes. Excellent analytical documentation and problem‑solving skills. Ability to lead testing phases and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
