BUSINESS ANALYST SR – JDE Date Posted: Country: Brazil Location: LOC6030: Rua Elisha Otis, 841, São Paulo, SÃO BERNARDO DO CAMPO, Brazil Workplace: Sao Bernardo do Campo Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in the office - 2 days from home) Role Overview As a Senior Business Analyst – JDE, you will act as a key liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring that JD Edwards ERP and related tools operate efficiently to support core business processes. Your role will focus on analyzing requirements, improving workflows, and providing functional expertise in modules such as Address Book and Distribution, with emphasis on Purchasing, Sales, and Tax processes. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Map and analyze processes, identifying opportunities for improvement. Provide functional support for JD Edwards ERP and related platforms. Lead and guide users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases. Prepare operational documentation and Knowledge Base articles to resolve recurring issues. Support purchasing, sales, and tax-related processes within JD Edwards modules. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Intermediate English proficiency for effective communication across teams. Strong knowledge of JD Edwards ERP, particularly Address Book and Distribution modules. Experience in Purchasing, Sales, and Tax processes.
