**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Cloud Client Technical Solutioners (Cloud CTS) are one of Kyndryl's key Interface to Clients and are responsible to develop and articulate robust and innovative technical solutions. They understand and have the ability to solution strategic priorities or directions integrating inputs from Client Technical Solutioners and other Solution team members in regards to the Cloud scope.
The Job role requires sound technical knowledge, proven business acumen and differentiating client interfacing ability. The CTS is a Cloud Solution Architect, whose responsibility is to anticipate, create, and define an innovative technical solution which matches customer's needs and Kyndryl's tactical and strategic requirements.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Lead and Contribute to the design, development and implementation of winning technical solutions for customers to introduce and establish new technology solutions into their business and business processes.
- Own & maintain cloud solution for managed services
- Own and maintain cost models, service descriptions and SLAs
- Sell cloud services on management level and maintain appropriate client relationships
- Effectively interface with Sales and bid-management teams.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
