The Senior Marketing Analyst role supports client relationships and delivers data-driven reporting through dashboards, analysis, and insights that track website and media campaign performance. What You’ll Do Here

• Manage client relationships and internal stakeholder needs to support accurate and comprehensive tracking of website and media campaigns.
• Create and interpret client program analyses and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc, etc.).
• Develop and maintain client-facing dashboards.
• Provide subject matter expertise on web analytics, user experience and behavior, data analysis and reporting.
• Facilitate tracking tag and tracking parameter implementations supporting reporting, analytics and digital intelligence efforts.
• Create data-driven insights about visitor behavior from website data on traffic patterns, order volume, conversion, navigation behavior, product selections, etc.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in processes (e.g., automation).
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends.
• Deliver online and digital reporting to executive management and internal teams related to budget, campaign performance and testing results.
• Perform sales lift analyses to measure incremental marketing impacts.
• Prepare client reports and data for presentations and provide weekly client reporting.
• Build and maintain an understanding of current topics in performance media, web analytics, data management, tools and technologies related to the team’s core responsibilities.
• Mentor or manage tasks performed by Analysts as needed.
• Travel to client meetings as required.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

We Need a Person With

• English Proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing or a related field, preferred.
• Experience working at a digital agency, consulting firm, corporate online marketing department, or software provider in an analytical capacity.
• Proficiency in web analytics using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar; experience with Google Content Experiments and/or Adobe Target; comparable platforms will be considered.
• Strong background in developing measurement and reporting methodologies for Paid Search, Display, Marketplaces, and/or Social Media campaigns.
• Knowledge of online ad serving platforms (e.g., Campaign Manager 360 or Sizmek) and online ad networks (e.g., Google, Bing).
• Experience with traditional/offline marketing is not required but helpful.
• Exposure to Big Data and the challenges of harnessing data to drive insight.
• Some technical knowledge of databases, data warehousing, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio, Qlik) and data tools is desirable.
