High-Performance Backend Engineer We're seeking a skilled developer to join our DSL team. About the Role: This is a full-time position requiring a strong background in backend engineering, with a focus on building scalable systems and APIs. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs. Build and support microservices with high availability, security, and performance. Collaborate on system design, architecture, and requirements refinement. Write clean, well-tested code and participate in peer code reviews. Support deployments, monitoring, debugging, and production issue resolution. Qualifications: 5–7 years of experience developing backend services in a microservices environment. Strong experience with Java (17+) and/or Golang. Experience building and deploying services on AWS. Solid understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
