There is a product to meet every job site’s needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager located in Jundiaí, SP. The Service Manager will oversee and manage all service-related operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include supervising service teams, coordinating maintenance schedules, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Service Manager will also analyze service performance metrics, develop strategies to improve operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Qualifications Strong technical and mechanical skills, with expertise in diagnostic and repair techniques for Excavators & SSL. Proven ability in team supervision, staff training, service training for dealers, and leadership skills. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Experience with service metrics, planning, and operation improvements to increase efficiency and quality. Proficiency in software or systems used for operations, maintenance tracking, and management workflows. Familiarity with the construction equipment or machinery industry is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English & Portuguese is required.
