**Your impact**
- This role conducts the development and management of programs such as machine inspections, extended warranties, maintenance packages, and loyalty platforms, while also coordinating financial solutions in partnership with banks. Acts as a key liaison across commercial, legal, IT, finance, and dealer networks.

**Your experience and qualifications**
- Drive the Machine Inspection Program, identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings and increase customer retention.
- Oversee development and roll-out of Service and Maintenance Packages, working closely with commercial teams and dealership networks.
- Manage and optimize the Customer Loyalty Platform, focusing on engagement, retention, and monetization opportunities.
- Lead the evolution of the Extended Warranty Program, ensuring commercial viability, legal compliance, and customer appeal.
- Lead the deployment of telemetry use-cases within the network.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineer or related areas.
- Fluent English and Intermediate Spanish are mandatory
- Background in the agricultural machinery or heavy equipment industry, with strong market understanding.
- Solid project management skills, leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.
- Proven ability to implement commercial projects in partnership with dealers, banks, and service providers.
