**The Purpose**:
PPRO is growing rapidly. In the role of a Junior Treasury Analyst, you are responsible for supporting this growth and the internationalization of our business. Our mission as the Treasury team is to protect company assets and support company liquidity. You will be supporting the international operating business by playing a key role in managing in and outgoing cash flows.
**Your impact in this role**:
- Processing and monitor manual payment orders
- Elaborate and monitor the cash flow of LATAM entities (daily, weekly, monthly and annual)
- Forecast analysis
- Elaborate reports and Dashboards to support Treasury decisions
- Support the implementation of Treasury Systems
- Develop workflow processes and implement Treasury policies, procedures, and controls
- Ensure regulatory compliance in our processes
**What would make you a great fit**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Foreign Trade, Economics or proven experience in the area.
- Ability to support activities related to Bank Administration Management (BAM): opening and closing of bank accounts as well as managing the user access
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to document process flows and driving process improvements
- Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Good communication skills and team player
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Excellent command of English
